Badge Form
To be printed out and handed to your class teacher by the swimmer with payment (in envelope) - no later than the week before the end of term.

For all after school swimmers Badge lists will be available to view on the noticeboard at the pool a week or so before the end of term (and at various ad hoc times as advised).
Saturday swimmers will have a chance to purchase their badge and certificate at then end of term from my badge helper.
NB All swimmers are able to obtain a badge and certificate even if they have not met the relevant criteria for the class awards (as I can award for a certain skill(s) while working towards the class award instead.
The awards are there to motivate and encourage swimmers at each level to continue to improve on all around ability.
